“We have had NCL Group build an investment duplex property in NSW completed December 2020. We were so impressed in the way that the project was managed and completed. Firstly, we had a fixed price contract with a fixed specification list. This enabled the project to proceed without any changes or alterations along the way which would normally cause delays and extra costs. The quality of the proposed build design and products chosen within the fixed price was exceptional. They had thought of everything that a home owner or renter would need in the duplex units while creating a quality product that would be easy to rent, sell and maintain. The build was also aesthetically attractive and modern.So the process was as follows:

We were given the original plans, specifications and build contract. We organised our finance, signed the paperwork and off it all went to council for approval.

There were no delays with council as the documents were very detailed and thorough When the build began, we were contacted via email every step of the way, receiving notifications and photos at the end of each build stage. As we reside interstate to our build this became very important to us to receive. Whenever, I had any questions or concerns, these were followed up promptly and answered quickly.

Finally and most importantly, we engaged an independent handover company to inspect the completed build on our behalf and they could not speak more highly of the quality of the build. Also all real estate agents that inspected the property for resale and rental valuations were very impressed with the finished product. We chose to sell and both units sold individually before marketing even began.

We have begun the process of building another duplex with NCL again. My favourite part about their whole process is just how easy it is on us. There are very few decisions to make or work involved at our end and yet we made an amazing profit in the end. Thank you to all the team at NCL Group. You have a perfectly set up system that works amazingly and we are so grateful for having been introduced to your company. We hope to be able to continue building with you for many more projects in the future.
